Hilary Clinton is in the news. No, she hasn’t declared her intention to run for President. The news is about her hair and her age.
The Republicans are making jokes about the fact she will be 69 in 2016 and are already suggesting she may possibly be too old to run for President.
Rush Limbaugh asks whether the American people “want to …watch a woman get older before their eyes on a daily basis?” Would they rather watch men get older? Or the still foxy Sarah Palin.
Meanwhile, Hilary responds by getting a new coquettish hairstyle. Shame on you Hilary for buckling to peer pressure! (Yes, the men teasing her were mostly her age.)
Still I do kinda like the look. It makes her look feminine and there is nothing wrong with that. If it actually wins her the election will radical feminists finally accept that looks count and get makeovers?

One response to “Being A Woman is Tough, Being A Feminist is Rough”
Appearance counts in our society, no doubts about it. I just wish that male and female appearances were held to the same standard; objectively, Hillary is way more of a looker than Rush.
